RANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI KEPEGAWAIAN SDN 15 SUNGAI KUNYIT

Personnel data management is a very important aspect in every organization, designing a staffing information system can be an effective solution to overcome challenges in managing personnel data. However, at SDN 15 Sungai Kunyit, personnel data management is still done manually or using a system that is still traditional, so many errors occur. The problem that is often encountered in entering personnel data manually is difficulty in data input, the time needed to input data is very slow. The purpose of this study is how to design a staffing information system at SDN 15 Sungai Kunyit can make it easier to manage staffing data. The method used is the waterfall method, the waterfall method is a sequential development model where this methodology is systematic and sequential. The results of the study show that the use of a personnel information system can facilitate data management effectively and efficiently. With this information system, users can store, search and change data easily
