A Case Report : ASUHAN KEBIDANAN KOMPREHENSIF PADA Ny. M DAN By. Ny. M DI PRAKTIK MANDIRI BIDAN (PMB) TITIN WIDYANINGSIH KOTA PONTIANAK

Background: MMR in Indonesia 2009 reached 4,221 cases caused by bleeding (30%), hypertension (25%), infection (5%), circulatory system disorders (5%), metabolic disorders (4%), and others (31%). In West Kalimantan, 117 cases of MMR in 2019 were caused by bleeding. Meanwhile, IMR were 638 cases in 2018 with the main cause of asphyxia 29.82% and LBW 24.17%.
Purpose: To carry out comprehensive midwifery care for Ny. M and her baby in the clinic of Midwife Titin Widyaningsih Pontianak City.
Methods: This study applies the descriptive observational method. Data were collected by interviewing, observing, physical and supporting examinations, and documentation.
Results: The giving of midwifery management to Mrs. M and her baby has been procedurally in accordance with the theory.
Conclusion: Midwifery Management Care uses 7 steps of Varney with SOAP
