PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI MANEJEMEN DONASI DIGITAL BERBASIS WEBSITE UNTUK MENINGKATKAN TRASPARANSI PENGELOAAN DANA LAZISMU DI AT TANWIR AL KHAZIM MUHAMMADIYAH KALIMANTAN BARAT

LAZISMU (Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah Management Institution) At-Tanwir Al Khazim Muhammadiyah West Kalimantan currently relies on manual donation recording, resulting in suboptimal donation monitoring and a lack of transparent reporting to donors. This situation creates risks such as recording delays, difficulties in transaction verification, and limited donor access to information regarding fund distribution.
This research aims to design and develop a Website-based digital donation management information system capable of meeting LAZISMU's needs for managing donations more effectively, efficiently, and transparently.
The system was developed using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework, a MySQL database managed via PHPMyAdmin, and the XAMPP development environment. The Waterfall development method was employed, encompassing requirements analysis, system design, system development, testing, and Deployment. Black Box Testing was conducted to ensure all features operate according to functional specifications. Key system features include donation program management, a donation process supporting various payment methods, Admin-led transaction verification based on transfer proof, beneficiary data recording with photo documentation, a donor Dashboard, downloadable automated financial reports in PDF format, and the management of news content and institutional information.
Test results indicate that all features—ranging from Login, the donation process, and transaction verification to data management and financial reporting—function according to requirements. With this system, LAZISMU can replace manual record-keeping with an integrated digital system that is more efficient, accurate, and transparent, while simultaneously boosting donor trust through real-time donation monitoring and publicly accessible fund distribution reports. This system is expected to serve as a foundation for further development regarding the institution's accountability and governance.
