ASUHAN KEBIDANAN KOMPREHENSIF PADA NY. H DAN BAYI NY. H DENGAN ASFIKSIA RINGAN DI KOTA PONTIANAK

Background: Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) in the world is still relatively high. According to the UNICEF data, the world’s infant mortality rate is more than 10 million. Of 10 million infant deaths, 90% of infant deaths occur in developing countries.According to WHO the infant mortality rate is the number of insant deaths in the first 28 days of life per 1000 live births. The total infant mortality rate (IMR) in indonesia based on the 2017-2018 indonesian demographic and health survey (SDKI) is 35 deaths per 1000 live birhts or around 175.000 infant deaths per year. Based on this data, shows that infant mortality rates in indonesia are still relatively high when compared with ASEAN countries. asphyxia neonatorum is a condition of a newborn who has a disorder that does not immediately breathe or fails to breathe spontaneously and regularly after birth(Herdman & Kamitsuru, 2015). To take the title of the final report that is mild asphyxia in newborns due to greenish-colored amniotic water and resting mother’s age.
Research Objectives: Being able to provide comprehensive her baby with Mild Asphyxia in Pontianak City
Research Methods: Using descriptive observational methods with a case study approach / Case Study Research (CSR).
Research Conclusion: Based on midwifery care that has been carried out from the discussion of "Comprehensive Midwifery Care in Mrs.H and her baby " using 7 steps varney ranging from data collection to evaluation. The result of asphyxia care is how to overcome it by drying the baby first and cleaning the baby's airway and then giving tactile stimulation to the baby
