Abstract
Background : Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is one indicator that can describe the welfare of society in a the country. According to data from the World Health Organization (WHO), MMR in the world in 2015 is estimated at 303,000 per 100,000 KH. While the infant mortality rate (IMR) in the world according to data from the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2016 is estimated at 41 per 1000 KH (WHO, 2018).
Pregnancy anemia is a condition of the body hearing hemoglobin levels <11 g % in trimesters 1 and 3 or hemoglobin levels <10,5 g% in trimester 2.(Aritonang, 2015).
Research Purposes : Able to provide comprehensive midwifery care to Mrs. Y with moderate anemia and baby Mrs. Y in Pontianak city.
Research Methods : The design of this study used a descriptive observational research design with an approach to studying midwifery care comprehensively in Mrs. Y with moderate anemia and baby Mrs. Y.
Ressarch Result : Based on midwifery care that has been done from discussion of comprehensive midwifery care in Mrs. Y with moderate anemia and baby Mrs. Y using 7 steps varney ranging from data collection to evaluation and conclusions that can be obtained is in accordance with existing theories and there are gaps in theory and cases on the results of examinations of pregnant women with anemia.
Research Conclusions : The analysis has been established based on basic data obtained in the first step starting from midwifery care in pregnant women and women with moderate anemia.
