Abstract
Background: Based on data obtained by the Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey in 2016, the MMR data dropped to 228 per 100,000 live births (2016 IDHS). IMR in Indonesia shows the number 15 per 1000 babies born (IDHS 2017). Whereas the MMR in the Province of West Kalimantan in 2018 was 95 per 100,000 live births (Health Profile of West Kalimantan, 2018). IMR in the Province of West Kalimantan in 2018 shows the number 7 per 1000 live births (Health Profile of West Kalimantan, 2018). Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Indonesia in 2015 consists of direct and indirect causes. Direct maternal death, namely bleeding (25% occurs postpartum), miscarriage (8%), sepsis (15%), complications of unsafe abortion (13%), prolonged labor and delivery with Cephalopelvic Disproportion (CPD) (8%) . While the indirect cause of maternal death is the result of existing diseases or diseases that arise during pregnancy such as malaria, Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), anemia, and cardiovascular disease.
Purpose: How to provide comprehensive midwifery care to Mrs. F with CPD and Mrs. F Baby in Pontianak in 2019.
Methods: The type of research used in the preparation of the final project report is a descriptive observational study with a case study approach. This study aims to examine a problem through a case consisting of single units. The subjects in this study were Mrs. F and Mrs. F baby. collection of data with history, observation, physical examination and discussion.
Result: From the SOAP assessment found care given to Mrs. F and Mrs. F baby is : Care of Pregnant Women 4 visits, Secti caeserea Maternity visits at the Hospital, Postpartum visits 4 times, Newborns visit 3 times and babies get HB 0 immunization, BCG-POLIO 1, DPT / HB1-POLIO 2 and mothers not using KB.
Conclusion: There is no bias between theory and cases in Comprehensive Midwifery Care in Mrs. F with CPD and Mrs. F baby in the Pontianak in 2019.
