Abstract
Backround: Premature rupture of membranes is rupture of membranes before the onset of labor, which is marked by cervical opening <4 cm in prime or 5 cm in multiparas. This can occur in atheremic pregnancies ie, at more than 37 weeks gestation or in premature pregnancies ie at below 37 weeks' gestation. Premature rupture of membranes is a disorder in pregnancy. Amniotic rupture is an important problem in obstetric science, because it is associated with complications that adversely affect health and well-being as well as to the growth and development of intrauterine fetus, so this can increase health problems in Indonesia. The incidence of premature rupture of membranes ranges from 8% to 10% of all pregnancies. In pregnancy, the incidence is 2% of all pregnancies.
Purpose: Able to provide comprehensive midwifery care to Ny.A with premature rupture of membranes and By. Mrs. A in the city of Pontianak.
Methods: This research uses interview and observation methods.
Results: there is no gap between the theoretical review and case review on the management of obstetric care in Ny.A and By. Mrs. A there is no gap between theoretical review and case review in the management of KPD cases conducted with sectio caesarean delivery because maternal amniotic fluid has been greatly reduced.
Conclusion: Comprehensive Midwifery Care in Ny.A and By. Mrs. A by using verney 7 steps. In midwifery care by Mrs. A and By. Mrs. A there is no gap between theory and findings in the field.
