ASUHAN KEBIDANAN KOMPREHENSIF PADA NY. H DAN BY. NY. H DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS KOTA PONTIANAK

Background: According to a World Health Organization (WHO) report on national health status on the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s) target, globally around 830 women die every day due to complications during pregnancy and childbirth, with a MMR rate of 216 per 100,000 live births. The maternal mortality rate of Pontianak City is 51.15 per 100,000 live births. The causes of maternal maternal death are 16% heart, 17% infection and 67% preeclampsia. Neonatal mortality rate in Pontianak City, which is 2.39 per 100,000 live births. The cause of death in neonatal is 10% Congenital abnormalities, 20% infection, 27% asphyxia, 43% LBW / Premature.
Purpose: Being able to provide comprehensive midwifery care to Mrs.H and Her Baby in Puskesmas Kota Pontianak.
Methods: The type of research used is descriptive observational case study approach. This research aims to learn about comprehensive midwifery care which is carried out through the obstetric management approach. The subjects in this study were Mrs.H and Her Baby.
Results: After observing for 1 year, it has provided comprehensive midwifery care starting from pregnant women, childbirth, childbirth, infants aged 0-9 months and the results are normal pregnancy, childbirth with normal, babies with normal, immunized children starting from BCG until IVP.
Conclusion: There is a gap between theory and cases in Comprehensive Midwifery Care in Mrs.H and Her Baby In Puskesmas Kota Pontianak.
