ASUHAN KEBIDANAN KOMPREHENSIF PADA NY. O DENGAN HIPERTENSI GESTASIONAL DAN BY. NY. O DI KABUPATEN KUBU RAYA

Background: According to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2015, the maternal mortality rate (MMR) in the world reached 216 per 100,000 live births. The 2015 Inter-Census Population Survey (SUPAS) said that in 2015 AKI in Indonesia reached 305 maternal deaths per 100,000 live births. The infant mortality rate (IMR) in West Kalimantan for 2018 based on a preliminary report on the results of the Indonesia Demographic and Health Survey (IDHS) in 2018 was 638 cases with 913 live births. Thus, if the infant mortality rate is calculated, 7 per 1,000 live births. The highest maternal mortality rate is in Kubu Raya Regency, which is 158 per 100,000 live births and the smallest is in Kapuas Regency, which is 44 per 100,000 live births.
Research Objectives: Being able to provide comprehensive midwifery care to Ny. O with gestational hypertension and By. Mrs. O in Kubu Raya Regency 2020.
Research Methods: The research design used is descriptive with a case study approach that is the research design used with the main objective to describe (descriptive) a phenomenon or situation objectively.
Research Results: From the SOAP assessment that Ny. O with gestational hypertension and By. Mrs. O with the care of pregnant women check at BPM Titin Widyaningsih. Caecar childbirth, the baby was born with normal weight: 3420 grams and body length 48 cm, postpartum three times visit, BBL three times neonatal visit, 1 time immunization namely BCG and Polio 1 mother did not use birth control so there was a gap between theory and cases.
Conclusion: There is a gap between theory and practice in Comprehensive Midwifery Care in Ny. O with gestational hypertension and By. Mrs. O in Kubu Raya Regency.
