Abstract

Background: Based on data from the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2015, maternal mortality rates (MMR) around the world were estimated to be 216/100 live births and neonatal mortality rates fell 47% between 1990-2015, from 36/1000 live births to 19 / 1000 live births in 2015 (World Health Organization, 2015). Maternal mortality in Indonesia in 2013 was still dominated by three main causes of death, namely bleeding by 30.13%, hypertension in pregnancy by 27.1% and infection by 7.3 %. Old parturition is also one of the causes of maternal mortality in Indonesia where the incidence continues to increase, namely 1% in 2010, 1.1% in 2011, and 1.8% in 2012 (Ministry of Health Republic of Indonesia, 2016).
Purpose: Being able to provide comprehensive midwifery care to Mrs. S and Baby. Mrs. S using the midwifery management approach in the Kubu Raya district.
Methods: Using descriptive methods.
Results: Based on the results of research on Mrs. S and Baby Mrs. S found that there was a gap at the first visit to the mother experiencing risk of kek and at the 3rd stage found a gap of the placenta born 34 minutes
Conclusion: With the implementation of Comprehensive midwifery implementation in Mrs. S and Baby Mrs. S have found the expected results of Mrs.S and Baby.Mrs. S in good health.
