ASUHAN KEBIDANAN KOMPREHENSIF PADA Ny. H DAN BAYI Ny. H DI PRAKTIK MANDIRI BIDAN NURHASANAH KOTA PONTIANAK

Background: During the first to third trimesters of pregnancy, pregnant women experience pregnancy discomfort, such as frequent Urination. Frequent Urination can cause urinary tract infections. For this reason, pregnant women need regular check-ups at a health or midwife clinic to get routine pregnancy checks to reduce these complaints.
Case Report: Comprehensive midwifery care of frequent urination was performed on Mrs H (37 years, GIVPIIIA0, 36 weeks pregnant) from June 11, 2023. The type of the data was primary. The data collecting techniques were anamneses, examination, observation, and documentation. The data, then, were analyzed to compare the data found and the existing theory.
Discussion: This case report details complete midwifery care of frequent urination during the third trimester.
Conclusion: Comprehensive midwifery care has been provided to Mrs H. A gap was found between the case and theory
