Abstract
Background: Comprehensive midwifery services involve a series of actions that embrace all aspects from pregnancy to family planning. The main causes of maternal death involve postpartum hemorrhage, high blood pressure/eclampsia, and infection, as well as indirect factors such as late treatment and inadequate supervision. The government is determined to ensure the provision of complete health services for mothers and children, with the aim of improving the quality of health services implemented.
Case Report: Comprehensive services were provided to Mrs. A and Baby Mrs. A at PMB Titin Widyaningsih Pontianak from 10 June 2022 to 27 November 2022. The subject is Mrs. A is 23 years old GIP0A0M0. Data types include main data and additional data. Data collection involves interviews, observations, examinations, and recording. The analysis process involves comparing the information obtained to available theories.
Discussion: This research uses a case study approach and descriptive observational method to compare the basic principles of theory with the full implementation of midwifery care from pregnancy to the family planning program. The aim is to assess the condition of the mother and baby with results that show they are healthy and safe.
Conclusion: Midwifery services provided to Mrs. A and Baby Mrs. A with normal delivery was carried out using the SOAP documentation approach. It is known that there is an imbalance in the research results, namely in the second trimester of pregnancy with complaints of nausea and vomiting in the morning
