ASUHAN KEBIDANAN KOMPREHENSIF NY. D DAN BY. NY. D DENGAN LETAK SUNGSANG DI RUMAH SAKIT UNIVERSITAS TANJUNGPURA PONTIANAK

Background: Maternal mortality is an issue in the world and MMR is an indicator to see the level of women's health. Comprehensive midwifery care, namely examinations carried out in detail, thoroughly and continuously on pregnant women, giving birth, postpartum and babies. Based on health service data in 2022 in West Kalimantan, the MMR decreased significantly, namely 120/100,000 births, whereas in 2021 the MMR in West Kalimantan was 214/100,000 births. In 2021 the IMR was 8/1,000 live births, then in 2022 it fell to 5.2/1,000 live births
Case Report: Comprehensive care was provided for pregnant women with breech position at Dr. Clinic. Aqua, 'Aisyiyah Pontianak Main Clinic and Patient Home starting from October 31 2022 to February 2 2023. The subject is a 27 year old pregnant woman GɪPοAο. The type of primary data is by collecting anamnesis data, descriptive observational using a case study approach/Case Study Research (CSR) and documentation. Data analysis is examining known theories and field results.
Discussion: This case report examines midwifery care in detail for pregnant women with breech position at Tanjungpura University Hospital, Pontianak. Using a descriptive observational method with a case study approach/Case Study Research (CSR). The care provided starts from pregnancy to immunization.
Conclusion: Starting from collecting subjective and objective data to evaluating examination results and management, there is no gap between theory and cases.
