Abstract

Website redesign is an activity to improve User Experience and fix problems found on the previous website. Waste4Change is a company that provides solutions for responsible waste management, SYW (Send Your Waste) is a voluntary programme for Indonesians that targets housewives to be able to manage inorganic waste at home. This programme helps users to ensure that the waste that has been sorted can be processed responsibly. Send Your Waste targets housewives to manage waste in their neighbourhood. W4C wants to reduce the number of users who ask how to use web apps and difficulties in sending packages due to problems with API integration, which we sometimes see can also be caused by miscommunication in the flow and copywriting of the page. For this reason, W4C presents the RWU (Recycle With Us) service with several programmes such as SYW (Send Your Waste) both regular and sponsored programmes. The method used in this research is Design Thinking. Design Thinking is very useful in overcoming unclear problems. In the final test results, the overall single ease question calculation result obtained is 6.5 which means passed.
