Background: Complete midwifery services include a thorough physical examination, diagnostic laboratory tests, and psychosocial support. The four continuous examination activities that form comprehensive midwifery services are intranatal, postnatal and neonatal services (Varney 2019)
Case Report: Able to provide comprehensive midwifery care to Mrs. S and her baby at the Aliayang Community Health Center in 2023.
Discussion: This case report examines the midwifery care of Mrs. S and By comprehensively. Mrs. S used descriptive research and methodology in a case study at the Alianyang Community Health Center, Pontianak City and the patient's home. Treatment begins in pregnancy and includes family planning.
Conclusion: Mrs S and By. Mrs S received midwifery care at the Alianyang Community Health Center, Pontianak City in 2023 in accordance with midwifery management.
