Background: Comprehensive obstetrics services are detailed, comprehensive and continuous examinations of pregnant, maternity, postpartum and newborn women, which are expected to reduce maternal mortality, one of the biggest problems in the world today. According to the Ministry of Health and the Family Health Program, the number of maternal deaths in Indonesia in 2020 was 627, more than in 2019. there were 4,221 people who died. A preliminary study at PMB Hayati in 2023 in January-March recorded 80 pregnant women, 23 postpartum women, 23 postpartum women, 23 BBL, and 200 family planning women.
Case Report: Providing comprehensive nursing management for Mrs. M and Baby Mrs. M at the Hayati City Health Center (PMB) Pontianak City through a case study approach with descriptive observation methods."
Discussion: There are differences involving theoretical concepts and practical implementation in the midwifery care that has been carried out for Mrs. M and Mrs. M at the Pontianak City Health Center (PMB) which contains Varney's 7 steps starting from data collection to evaluation.
Conclusion: Application of Varney's 7 steps in midwifery care for Mrs. M and Mrs. M at the Hayati City Community Health Center (PMB) in Pontianak is in accordance with the theoretical concept and does not experience any differences in practice.
