Abstract

Background: This study emphasizes the importance of adhering to proper recruitment procedures to obtain high-quality employees. Good employee performance is a key indicator of a company's success. With the rapid development of information technology, businesses must operate more quickly and efficiently to optimize costs, time, and effort without compromising the quality of their work. Method: This research employs the prototyping method using Figma software to design and develop the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) of a recruitment application. Results and Conclusion: The findings indicate that the prototyping method is effective in developing the UI and UX design of the recruitment application. The resulting design meets functional requirements and provides an optimal user experience
