Abstract
Introduction In the rapidly evolving digital era, mobile technology has become integral in various aspects of life, including recruitment. This study focuses on designing UI/UX for a mobile-based recruiter application equipped with skill assessment and mapping features. The main objective is to enhance the efficiency of the recruitment process by providing tools that facilitate candidate skill assessment and ensure alignment with company needs. Effective UI/UX design should be intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly to ensure an optimal user experience. The application must also guarantee data security through encryption and dual authentication to protect sensitive candidate and company information. Integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in skill assessment and mapping features allows for more accurate evaluation and expedites the selection process. Application flexibility to adapt to specific company needs and scalability to handle increasing user and data volumes are also crucial. Comprehensive user support and regular maintenance and updates are necessary to ensure the application remains relevant and functional amidst technological changes and market needs. Through this approach, mobile-based recruitment applications can become highly effective tools in the candidate search and selection process in the digital era
