Abstract

Introduction: E-commerce has become an essential part of daily life in Indonesia, offering convenience and efficiency in buying and selling transactions. TikTok, with its high popularity among young people, has introduced TikTok Shop as an e-commerce feature that allows users to make purchases directly within the app. Although TikTok Shop offers convenience and attractive promotions, its user interface (UI) remains a challenge, especially for new users. Innovations in TikTok Shop's UI/UX design have significant potential to enhance user satisfaction, trust, and market share in Indonesia. Method: This research employs a prototype method using Figma software. Result and Conclusion: The study resulted in a user-friendly and easy-to-use UI/UX design, improving user comfort when shopping on TikTok Shop.
