Background: Midwifery care is a complete examination with laboratory examinations and counseling. Comprehensive midwifery care includes four continuous examination activities, including antenatal care, intranatal care, postnatal care, and neonatal care (Varney 2007).
Research Purpose: To carry out midwifery care for Mrs. H and her baby Mrs. H in Pontianak City.
Research Methods: The research design used by the author in this scientific paper is a descriptive observational method with a case study approach carried out by the author through a midwifery management approach. The case study used by the author in making this scientific paper is to use midwifery care according to Varney's seven steps from assessment to evaluation and development data using SOAP in the midwifery care of pregnant women, childbirth, childbirth, and newborn baby.
Research Results: From the SOAP study, Mrs. H with normal delivery and her baby. Mrs. H. Childbirth normally at PMB Eqka Hartikasih on July 6, 2019, girls weight: 3700 grams, body lenght: 50 cm A / S 9/10.
Conclusion: Comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs. H with normal delivery and her baby. Mrs. H using Varney's 7 steps. The midwifery care of Mrs. H there is a gap between theory and case.
