ASUHAN KEBIDANAN IBU BERSALIN DENGAN RUPTUR PERINEUM PADA PRIMIGRAVIDA DI BIDAN PRAKTEK MANDIRI SETIA

Background : Perineum rupture occurs almost all the first delivery, and not in frequently also the next delivery. But this can be avoided or decreased by keeping lest pelvic floor traversed by the fetal head quickly and the rupture of the perineum based on preliminary studies on BPM Setia from 01 January – 31 December 2014, the amount of labor and ruptur of 131 patients 52 patients. In 2015 from 01 January to 28 February, the number of deliveries of 23 patients and 10 patients rupture.
Objective : To determine the formulation of the problem as follow : How midwifery care with maternal perineal rupture in primigravida in BPM Setia.
Results : The results obtained by the researchers that the research is very useful for researchers, patients and midwifes.
Conclusion : From the study showed that treatment of ruptured perineum on maternal can be resolved
