GAMBARAN PENGETAHUAN IBU HAMIL PRIMIGRAVIDA TRIMESTER II DAN III TENTANG SENAM HAMIL DI PUSKESMAS KOM YOS SUDARSO PONTIANAK TAHUN 2015

Background : The preliminary studie based surveillance sullivan on 27 march 2015, in doing interviews about pregnancy exercise of five people mothers Description Knowledge Pregnant trimester 1 and II about gymnastic for pregnant there is two people knowing pregnancy exercise, and three people do not know.
Purpose : to knowing the description of knowledge mothers primigravida trimester II and III about gymnastic for pregnant in Puskesmas Kom Yos Sudarso In Pontianak. Amount of sampling in this research they are 30 responden pregnant primigravida trimester II and III. instriments using kuesioner. Variable using by one variable. Technic analysis by distribution frekuensi.
Result of Research : according to analysis technic data univariat then accounted and a big part of pregnant primigravida trimester II and III has less of knowledge about gymnastic pregnant namely 14 responden ( 46,67%) has less of knowledge, enough is 5 respondens (16,67%), good is 11 respondens (36,67%).
knowing for pregnant primigravida trimester II and III in Puskesmas Kom Yos Sudarso Pontianak is less of knowledge 46,67%.
Suggest : Need increase about gymnastic for pregnant that can do it by extension even class for pregnant so that want to activities of gymnastic for pregnant
