Abstract

Background: Comprehensive Midwifery Care is an examination that is carried out in full with the existence of a simple examination and midwifery counseling which includes continuous examinations including midwifery care for pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and newborns.
Purpose: To provide comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs. M and her baby corresponds to midwifery care in Pontianak City.
Research Methods: The type of research used is descriptive with a case approach, namely the research design used with the main objective to describe (descriptive) about a phenomenon or situation objectively.
Results: After making observations that have been given comprehensive midwifery care starting from pregnant women, childbirth, childbirth, newborns and immunizations. The gaps in pregnancy were found, namely (body weight), howover, after comprehensive midwifery care from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and newborns, the mother and baby are in good health.
Conclusion: With the implementation of comprehensive midwifery care for pregnant women, childbirth, postpartum and newborns, the expected results are obtained, namely that the mother and baby are in good health.
