Case Report:The midwifery care for Mrs. R was conducted at the Alianyang Health Center in Pontianak City. This care encompassed the entire journey from pregnancy through to the use of contraception, employing the SOAP method for documentation.
Discussion: The care provided to Mrs. R adhered to Varney's seven steps, ensuring a thorough approach throughout her treatment.
Conclusion: The midwifery care applied to Mrs. R was consistent with Varney's seven steps, which included data collection, observation, and evaluation. There was a seamless integration of theory and practice throughout the process.
