ASUHAN KEBIDANAN KOMPREHENSIF PADA NY. M DENGAN KETUBAN PECAH DINI DAN BY.NY.M DI KLINIK MULIA KOTA PONTIANAK

Introduction: According to the World Health Organization (WHO), in 2021, the maternal mortality rate (MMR) worldwide is 303,000 people. According to ASEAN data, the MMR is 235 per 100,000 live births (Minarti and Ginting, 2023). The maternal mortality rate collected from the recording of the Maternal and Child Nutrition and Health program at the Ministry of Health tends to increase every year, but in 2022 there will be a decrease where the number of maternal deaths is 3,572 compared to 2021 of 7,389 deaths (Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, 2023). Meanwhile, the Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) according to WHO reached 7.87 in 2021, different from the previous year of around 7.79 per 1000 live births.
Case Report: Care was given to Mrs. R and Mrs. R's baby in Pontianak City. The care provided ranges from pregnancy care, childbirth, postpartum, newborns, to family planning. Documentation of care is carried out using the SOAP method.
Discussion: Based on midwifery care for pregnant women from Mrs. R is in accordance with the standard of care for midwifery services for Mrs. R. Mrs. R carries out regular and routine pregnancy checks at the Sungai Ambawang and Pmb Marsini Karni health centers. Mrs. R's birth at Pmb Marsini Karni went well and smoothly and was monitored directly on the partograph. Postpartum midwifery care for Mrs. R is in accordance with the standards of care for postpartum visits up to family planning. Midwifery care for babies is carried out directly by IMD at the time of the baby's birth. Babies are also immediately given eye ointment, vitamin K to prevent bleeding in the brain, and after 2 hours they are given HB0 immunization to prevent hepatitis
Conclusion: Comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs. R and By. Mrs. R was carried out on Ny.R and By.Ny.R in Pontianak City in 2023 and found no gaps between the theory and management of Midwifery Care.
