Background: Discomforts commonly experienced during the first trimester of pregnancy, including breast pain, frequent urination, bleeding gums, cravings, and fatigue, are considered normal and stem from hormonal changes during pregnancy.
Case report: Mrs. J received continuous care at the Perum II Health Center, the Aisyiyah Clinic, and the Haikhah Clinic. Primary data was utilized, and the data collection methods comprised anamnesis, observation, examination, and documentation. The data were analyzed through comparison with existing theories.
Discussion: This report delineates the outcomes of comprehensive care for Mrs. J. The SOAP method was employed to assess potential theoretical and practical gaps.
Conclusion: Comprehensive services were executed using Varney's 7-step management approach and SOAP documentation. This approach effectively addressed pregnancy and postpartum challenges, indicating alignment between theory and practical data.
