Abstract
Improving brand awareness and visitor engagement (social media user engagement) is an important goal in digital marketing strategy for building brand awareness and increasing user engagement with the brand. Therefore, an effective content writing strategy needs to be designed to achieve these goals. This study aims to design an appropriate content writing strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement through online media. The method used is a survey method that can be used to collect data from the target audience or social media users. The data generated from the survey can be used to understand audience preferences in certain content. The results of the study indicate that quality and useful content are the main factors that influence the success of content writing strategy. Relevant, informative, entertaining, and easily understandable content to the target audience is also able to increase the level of engagement and brand awareness. In addition, consistency in content and the use of effective content marketing techniques such as the use of appropriate keywords, visual tactics, and attractive language style can also increase the effectiveness of content writing strategy.
The expected outcome is an effective content writing strategy that requires consistent efforts in designing quality content that is beneficial to the target audience on the online media www.kpopchart.net.
