GAMBARAN PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP IBU HAMIL TERHADAP SENAM HAMIL DI PUSKESMAS SUNGAI RAYA DALAM TAHUN 2015

Background: Based on data obtained in PHC Sungai Raya In `to visit pregnant women from January to March in 2015 there were 171 people. Of the 171 pregnant women are only 78 people who follow gymnastics are not pregnant and do gymnastics pregnant 93 people. From the results of pre-survey through interviews with pregnant women that they say have not been allowed to follow the pregnancy exercise, because her pregnancy was too young and I still have not understood the benefits we do pregnancy exercise.
Methods: The study design of this type of research is a descriptive study with survey approach. "Descriptive research method is a method of research conducted with the aim to create a picture or a description of a situation objectively.
Conclusions: Almost all respondents amounted to 27 people (79.4%) aged 20 to 35 years, nearly all respondents were 18 people (52.9%) secondary education, and almost all respondents, totaling 26 people (76.5%) worked as housewife.
