Abstract

Introduction : Comprehensive midwifery care, namely comprehensive care from pregnancy, childbirth, the postpartum period, BBL, immunizations and the use of contraceptives. This treatment is carried out to provide health services and is the responsibility of a midwife in carrying out her duties to reduce MMR and IMR (Sufiyah, 2017).
Case Report : Pregnancy care is carried out at the 'Aisyiyah Clinic, while childbirth and family planning care is carried out at the Pontianak City Gg Sehat Community Health Center. Care is provided starting from 23 May 2023-23 August 2023. Using primary data such as gathering information, examination, observation and data collection.
Discussion : This report describes midwifery care for Mrs. C with normal delivery using the SOAP method.
Conclusion : Based on the care that has been carried out, there are various discrepancies between theory and practice in the field during pregnancy care, namely that the mother is obese, researchers provide adequate care to Mrs. C, namely by providing education on adequate nutritional needs, rest patterns and adequate daily fluid care.
