Abstract
Background: Comprehensive midwifery services are midwifery management starting from pregnancy, postpartum and newborns, so that labor can proceed normally, and the baby born is safe and well until postpartum. According to data from the Ministry of Health, it is estimated that, in 2019, the global maternal mortality ratio (MMR) is estimated at two hundread and twenty-eight/100,000 KH due to the complexity of pregnancy and childbirth. The maternal birth rate obtained from the family health program records at the Ministry of Health in 2020, the data obtained was 4,627 Indonesia maternal deaths. This figure states that in 2019 there were 4,221 deaths in Indonesian. In terms of causes of death, some of the 2020 deaths werw beeding, namely 5.13 cases. If calculated based on conversion, the data obtained is 130/100.00 KH. Achieving MMR and IMR through providing quality and sustainable health services covering pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, newborn and maintenance of contraceptives. Macrosomia can cause complications for both mother and baby. Maternal complications, namely postpartum hemorrhage, perineal tears, perineal tears, and cervical lacerations.
Case Report: Midwifery care for baby N with macrosomia at PMB Utin Mulia, Pontianak City.
Discussion: The problem report details midwifery care for baby N macrosomia using the Subjective, Objective, Analysis, Management methods.
Conclusion: Midwifery care is carried out using the SOAP documentation method. There are differences in the results of subjective data and objective data. In baby. Mrs N at PMB Utin Mulia, HB, new born baby.
