Abstract
Background: Midwifery care as a whole is an examination that is carried out in full by implementing simple examinations and continuous counseling. Efforts to reduce MMR are carried out by accessing quality health services for the welfare of clients
Case Report: Comprehensive care was carried out for Mrs. S and By. Mrs. S at PMB Nurhasanah from 27-09-2022 to 11-02-2023. As well as Mrs. The 33-year-old S GIIPIA0 was the subject. Types of data using primary and secondary data. The data collection system is using anamnesis and interviews, observation, and examination. Data analysis is to compare the data obtained with the theory that is owned.
Discussion: This case report uses a descriptive method with a case study that compares the basic concepts of the case and the theory that comprehensive midwifery care is applied from early pregnancy to family planning so that the result is that the mother and baby are healthy and safe.
Conclusion: Midwifery care applied to Mrs. S and By. Mrs. S in normal delivery is carried out through a documentation approach in the form of SOAP. It is known that there is a gap in the results of the study, namely in the fourth stage of labor.
