Background: When the mother is pregnant, the mother will experience discomfort during pregnancy, namely in the first, second and third trimesters. The discomfort felt by pregnant women is frequent urination. Frequent urination can result in urinary tract infections. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out routine checks during pregnancy by midwives who are experts in their fields.
Case Report: Continuous care given to Mrs H at PMB Nurhasanah from 11 June 2022. The subject was Mrs. H, 37 years old GIVPIIIA0 and 36 weeks' gestation with complaints of frequent urination as primary data. how to collect data with anamnesis, observation, examination and documentation. The analysis uses a comparison between the data obtained and the existing theory.
Discussion: This case includes midwifery care for third trimester pregnant women with the discomfort of frequent urination.
Conclusion: Midwifery care for Mrs. H, from the analysis obtained, it does not find abnormalities according to the theory.
