ASUHAN KEBIDANAN KOMPREHENSIF PADA NY. Z DAN BY. NY. Z DI PMB EQKA HARTIKASIH S.Tr.Keb KOTA PONTIANAK

Background: Maternal mortality rate is the number of maternal deaths resulting from pregnancy, childbirth and post-natal processes which is used as an indicator of women's health status. In 2019, there were 117 maternal deaths in West Kalimantan province. If calculated based on conversion, the figure is 130/100,000 live births. The highest number of maternal deaths in 2019 was in Ketapang district (17 cases).
Case Report: The scope of the pregnancy check-up from the first visit to the fourth visit was carried out at PMB Ekqa Hartikasih and Gang Sehat Community Health Center.
Discussion: This case report uses a descriptive framework with a case study system to find out about comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs. Z and By. Mrs. Z At PMB Eqka Hartikasih. The care provided starts from delivery to immunization.
Conclusion: Based on the midwifery care provided by Mrs. Z and By. Mrs. Z At PMB Eqka Hartikasih Pontianak in 2023, no gaps were found between the theory and management of midwifery care given to Mrs. Z and By. Mrs. Z.
