PERANCANGAN USER INTERFACE DAN USER EXPERIENCE PADA WEBSITE WISATA UNTUK MEMANDU WISATAWAN LOKAL DI KABUPATEN KETAPANG BERBASIS FIGMA

Introduction :In the current digital era, easy access to information via the internet has become a primary need for many people, including tourists. Ketapang Regency has tourism potential that is rich in natural and cultural beauty. However, it is often difficult for local tourists to get complete and reliable information about tourist destinations in the area. Therefore, developing a tourism website that has a good User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) is important to guide local tourists in planning their trips. Method : This research uses a prototype application-based UI and UX design method using Figma software. Steps include analyzing user needs, designing wireframes, developing UI designs, and testing prototypes with potential users. Result and Conclusion : From this research, results were obtained in the form of a user-friendly and attractive UI design as well as a satisfying User Experience. The features included in this tourist website are able to guide local tourists well in planning their trip. With this website, it is hoped that it can increase the number of tourists visiting Ketapang Regency and provide a better tourism experience for them.
