Abstract

Introduction: Anemia generally occurs throughout the world, especially in developing countries and in low socio-economic groups. In the adult group occurs in women of reproductive age, especially pregnant women and lactating women because many of them have iron deficiency. Lack of nutritional intake in pregnant women during pregnancy, apart from having an impact on the birth weight of the baby, will also have an impact on pregnant women, which will cause anemia in pregnant women.
Objective : Able to provide midwifery care to pregnant women with Mild Anemia at BPM Sri Rubianti.
Case Report: Midwifery care was given to Mrs. D at BPM Sri Rubianti Rasau Jaya from 07 December 2020 – 28 February 2021. The subject is Mrs. D Age 20 years G1P0A0 27 weeks pregnant with mild anemia, using primary data types. Methods of collecting anamnesis data, observations, examinations, cases were processed and analyzed and then documented.
Discussion: This case report details the midwifery care for pregnant women with mild anemia using the SOAP method, Varney's 7-step midwifery management approach as outlined in the SOAP form supported by the role of health workers in finding gaps between theory and practice.
Conclusion: There were no gaps found in the subjective and objective data results. So that after all the data collected, it can be concluded that the analysis and management are carried out in accordance with the theory
